City Desk Position 

Hours: M-F  8:30 – 5:00

Responsibilities:

  • Takes and enters customer orders into system
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Keeps customers updated on lead times and availability
  • Helps answers incoming customer phone calls
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing products
  • Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks and storage areas
  • Identify and label materials
  • Comply with all warehouse safety rule and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Works well in a team environment
  • Has great customer service skills and eager to assist customers
  • Forklift knowledge helpful but will train the right candidate
  • Ability to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend and to lift heavy materials
  • Computer literate & willing to learn our software

A&D Representative 

Territory: Montana 

Responsibilities:

  • Present product information to customers, including features, benefits, and new product offerings.
  • Provide samples and/or demonstrations as requested.
  • Maintain client libraries with the most current and applicable products for that firm.
  • Advise architect/design professionals and owners on products and systems to be incorporated into projects.
  • Determine the correct use of a product or system.
  • Promote a product for its intended purpose.
  • Build relationships with architects and design firms with the specified market.
  • Suggest alternates to specified products or competitors’ products as requested.
  • Provide design community with specification documents, budgetary pricing, and sample delivers as necessary.
  • Keep records of all materials in customer libraries (binders, samples, etc).
  • Schedule and make presentations with supplier factory representatives when requested.
  • Actively participate in local chapters of trade associations (AIA, SDID, NDID).
  • Document, track and follow through all known project specifications from initial spec to order completion.

Qualifications:

  • Must demonstrate sales skills in a high-end, fast-paced, goal oriented, sales environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
  • Ability to seek out new clients by attending industry events and functions.
  • Sales experience in industry recommended (architectural, design, or construction).
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
  • Adequate and dependable transportation for daily travel to and from customer site
  • Must be able to transport company product in personal vehicle.
