Responsibilities:

  • Ability to learn hand tools, machines and techniques to process raw stone product into finished goods
  • Ensures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
  • Load/unload machines, vehicles and trailers with stone and associated products
  • Performs periodic checks on quality & consistency of output
  • Performs minor adjustments and troubleshoots issues to equipment as needed
  • Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
  • Maintains accurate documentation/ records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area
  • Follows standard operating procedures, safe operating practices, and other lean manufacturing principles
  • Keeps area safe, clean and organized
  • Must be willing to cross train and help the team where needed
  • Performs other related duties as required
  • Ability to wear PPE and maintain company safety policies

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, schedules, and performs all aspects of measurement and installation of stone products for residential and commercial customers.
  • Achieve professional results that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Perform each job as if it were going into your own home.
  • Follow all installation quality control standards and guidelines as set by the Fabrication Manager.
  • Inspect each part and job site for any mistakes, mis measurements, bad workmanship, material imperfections, substrate or cabinet imperfections, variances in job site conditions that may or may not cause a delay in production or installation schedules and communicate immediately to Fabrication manager, sales person, and/or job site contact.
  • Track and records all measurable components of work areas, including before and after photos/video.
  • Provide ongoing & effective communication and follow up with customers, coworkers & management.
  • Promote safety, teamwork and cooperation both on site or at fabrication facility.
  • Meet any installation deadlines communicated by customer or management.
  • Assist with and/or solve directly customer issues or complaints.
  • Maintain knowledge of all industry standards, trends and changes including active participation in trade group resources.
  • Implement and assist tracking of company’s Zero Waste/LEED policy.

Education / Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Lift at least 100 pounds
  • Follow instructions

Experience

  • 1+ years previous manufacturing/ production or construction related experience is a plus. 

Competencies

  • Strong written, oral and communications skills
  • Ability to understand and speak basic English
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Good math skills preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Supply and mix construction materials
  • Mix grout and other materials according to manufacturers’ instruction
  • Apply grout and clean tiles/work area
  • Use hand and power tools related to tile installation

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to work out of town with occasional overnight stays
  • Lift at least 50 pounds
  • Follow instructions

Responsibilities:

  • Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing products
  • Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks and storage areas
  • Identify and label materials
  • Comply with all warehouse safety rule and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work well in a team
  • Forklift knowledge helpful but will train the right candidate
  • Ability to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend and to lift heavy materials
